Yarrabilba is a priority development area managed by the Queensland State government in the interest of facilitating efficient housing development. Supporting this new residential suburb is the need for multiple retail and convenience facilities.
TFA were engaged by Ampol Australia to undertake the full project management, town planning approvals, multi-disciplinary design and engineering of a retail convenience development to comprise of a service station development and supporting food and drink tenancies.
This project drew on the extensive experience TFA has in the retail fuel and convenience industry, having been designing such facilities successfully since 1995.
