TFA were engaged to prepare the concept design for a bespoke medical centre, providing a contemporary yet welcoming destination for the local & broader community to find an environment conducive to healing & recovery.
With services offered from General Practitioner to Physiotherapist, from Imaging to Occupational Therapist, the facility needed to innovative and adaptable, with possible adjustments to the internal program pending the community’s immediate needs informed by socioeconomics & median age demographics.
With a design package presenting concept site & floor plans, along with a suite of 3D renders, the intentions of the client were able to be clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders & statutory bodies.
