In 2022, bp announced its bp Pulse business into Australia as part of it’s global ambition to install 100,000 chargers across the world to accelerate the transition to zero tailpipe emissions vehicles.
bp engaged TFA in 2022 to assist in project management and engineering services in the delivery of the rollout nationally. The role draws on the experience of TFA in the retail hydrocarbon and convenience space and our strong solution-based engineering principals to support safe and efficient construction and commissioning on existing sites.
Since 2022, TFA has supported the installation and commissioning of numerous sites across QLD, NSW, VIC and WA. We have upgraded countless site power supplies with energy authorities all across the country, co-ordinated power shutdowns of bp sites (including other tenancies such as quick service food restaurants), temporary generator power supplies, co-ordinated fuel logistic deliveries and scheduling and carried our testing and commissioning of new systems on behalf of bp and the equipment suppliers.
