Coogee Chemicals own and operate a major fuel and bulk liquid storage terminal in Kwinana, Western Australia. As part of the Federal Government’s Boosting Australia’s Fuel Storage Program which was announced in 2020, Coogee committed to constructing 4 x new Bulk Diesel storage tanks at a total volume of 120ML.
TFA had the opportunity to support Coogee throughout the project with civil, structural, process and mechanical engineering and design services and construction support. This project was completed within a very tight timeframe to satisfy government commitments and required TFA’s multi-disciplinary design and engineering resources to mobilise quickly and effectively whilst ensuring a rigorous engineering process.
