Over a period of 3-years, TFA engaged with valued clients, Inland Petroleum to “Create, Plan and Deliver” a refreshing convenience store and service station in Dubbo, NSW.
The site, located on a key intersection in South Dubbo, was due for an upgrade which coincided with a heavy shift to convenience retailing in the retail fuel sector. TFA were engaged to provide design and town planning services that saw the existing site demolished with a refreshing new site offer for fuel, food and convenience built in its place.
We worked with the passionate team at Inland Petroleum to maximise the site space to incorporate a free-flowing forecourt, large underground fuel storage, a multi-functional building with adaptable store offer and a fresh new look and feel. The town planning application, referral co-ordinations, detailed design and construction support including contract administration of the contract between the builder David Payne Constructions and Inland Petroleum were all provided by TFA.
