In 2023, IOR opened their new Lytton Terminal facility which comprised a total of 110ML of Bulk Diesel storage and is one of the largest stand-alone diesel terminals on the east coast of Australia. The terminal is located within the Port of Brisbane and is connected to an existing fuels berth via a pipeline stretching over 4km.
The terminal has a state of the art gantry with an impressive loading capability of filling two trailers simultaneously at a rate of 2400 litres per minute at each loading arm.
TFA has assisted IOR over a number of years on this project, including the management of all Development Approvals, master planning, FEED packages and detail engineering design of various project phases and expansion projects to the existing diesel storage terminal including new tanks, bunds, piping, pipeline, wharf fit-out, pumps, gantry loading, and associated infrastructure.
