The Millingandi Service Centre and Retail Precinct was initially a concept site design for a 2 hectare parcel of land for a Service Centre, before quickly growing into a Master Planning engagement for a significant portion of the entire 45 hectare site.
Offering a vast commercial & retail precinct, the prime locations on the verge of the Princes Highway are the proposed Service Centre for travellers heading to or from the NSW-VIC border, alongside a significant hardware retailer.
The centre includes an integrated mixed-use retail / commercial development format, comprising of:
- Service Centre including Truckstop
- Multiple food and drink drive-thru tenancies
- Multiple showroom tenancies including hardware, electrical & furniture
- Light industrial tenancies
- Warehouse / storage
TFA provided a range of schemes with varying development configurations, in addition to options optimising different strategies toward the overarching challenge for this development: the acceleration/exit & deceleration/entry lanes on & off the Princes Highway.
